We have selected a circular route by car to give you a taste of what’s on our door step, right here in Perthshire.
 Set off from Auchterarder and head for Crieff where you could stop off and experience the Drummond Castle Gardens. Perhaps take a tour of the Famous Grouse Distillery or just five miles southeast of Crieff off the B8062 you could check out Innerpeffray Library – Scotland’s first ever public library.
We then take you on the scenic journey from Crieff to the small town of Comrie and on through to St Fillans where the roads wind along Loch Earn to Lochearnhead where you might want to try your hand as any number of watersports.
 We then move on through the small village of Strathyre, down another stunning lochside, Loch Lubnaig, and onto Callander which is a very popular small town with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Here you could deviate from the circular route and try out any number of outdoor activities though this may be a day out in itself.
The next spot you might like to stop at is Doune Castle for anyone interested in history and then en route to Stirling is the Blair Drummond Safari Park a fabulous day out for all the family.
Next we reach Stirling an historical market town with all the high street stores you could want or need. Here again for the keen historian there’s Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument .
 Finally, we bring you back up the A9 by Blackford where you could stop in for a coffee and cake at Baxters or Tullibardine Distillery then home to our cozy wee bed and breakfast!
