Booking Conditions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the accommodation. This can be paid either with a cheque, made payable to B MacNab, or directly into our business account.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable re-let the room, please note that, as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply:
1 - 3 days prior to the arrival date or failure to take up the booking without any prior notification
100% of the full accommodation value of the booking.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance / cancellation cover so that you are covered for any charges due on cancellation.
